On September 28, 1995, in Madrid, Spain, Juan Alberto “Juancho” Hernangómez Geuer, currently 26 years old, was created into a basketball-playing family.

His mother, Margarita Geuer, and his father, Guillermo Hernangomez Heredero, have played basketball for their respective nations’ teams.

Along with Juan, professional athletes Willy and Andrea Hernangomez compete for the New Orleans Pelicans and Estudiantes, respectively.
